5. Hizmet Sunumu ve Ödeme

Türkiye İlan Rehberi'daki bazı hizmetler ücretli hizmetlerdir. Ücretli bir paket seçerek belirtilen ücretleri ödemeyi kabul etmiş olursunuz. Ödemeler üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılar (örn. Iyzico, Stripe) aracılığıyla güvenli bir şekilde işlenir. Türkiye İlan Rehberi kredi kartı bilgilerinizi saklamaz.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

Platform ve orijinal içeriği (Kullanıcı İçeriği hariç), özellikleri ve işlevleri Türkiye İlan Rehberi'nun münhasır mülkiyetindedir ve öyle kalacaktır. Türkiye İlan Rehberi adı, logosu ve ilgili tüm adlar, logolar, ürün ve hizmet adları, tasarımlar ve sloganlar Türkiye İlan Rehberi'nun ticari markalarıdır.

7. Geçerli Kanun ve Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. However, for international users:

• EU Users: Nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law where you habitually reside.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be primarily settled by the Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

8. Yasaklanan Faaliyetler

Platformu aşağıdaki amaçlarla KULLANMAMAYI kesinlikle kabul edersiniz:

• Geçerli herhangi bir ulusal veya uluslararası yasa veya düzenlemeyi ihlal etmek.
• Transmit promotional materials (\"spam\"), chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Herhangi bir kişiyi veya varlığı taklit edin.
• Kötü amaçlı kod, virüs veya zararlı diğer teknolojik materyalleri yükleyin.
